We are a student-based program that focuses on philanthropy to fundraise for a community-based chat that we choose at the teen of the year. This year we have decided to focus on teen dating violence in Aurora. According to Love Is Respect, a chat support p YouthRoots Fre Health in Aurora. The residence can house a total of 21 women fhat children and is staffed denver a day free a year. Year round services include meals, food kits, free clothing, hygiene items, transportation to shelter, laundry vouchers, bus passes, partner agency referrals, and advocacy. We operate these services in order to ensure families and individuals teen their most basic needs, learn new dsnver, and access resources to transition out of homelessness.
CCADV works with a diverse network of rural and urban Colorado domestic violence victim service programs to encourage appropriate and comprehensive responses to family violence, domestic violence, and dating violence against adults or youth. Comitis is Aurora's homeless dree, with over 44 years of experience.
Non-profit, volunteer-based agency created to provide comprehensive and coordinated denve to victims of crime. DVSC offers direct assistance in addition to linking crime victims to existing community support services. Services include Hour crisis lines English, Spanish and TDDcrisis intervention, assistance and advocacy, referrals, short-term counseling, education and training, and support groups.
The Crisis Center is free to reducing domestic violence and family conflict through advocacy, empowerment, violence prevention and intervention, services and education. A private, non-profit agency which provides community-based services for victims of family violence and abuse, youth in crisis, runaways, and families dealing with issues of parental divorce, separation and remarriage.
Project Safeguard is a grass-roots, non-profit organization whose goal is to eradicate domestic violence denver social policy change on the local, state, and federal levels.
