You can compose and send your messages as composing as you write them; compose a draft and return to it later to finish and send, or compose the message and specify a time in the future to send the message. Depending on your mail preferences, when you click New Message either a Compose tab appears in the Application toolbar or the compose opens in a separate window. Note: To change the default encoding go to Manage User Options from the main.
Composing New Message Click Compose New Message to initiate a new message to deate recipients, composeadd attachments, and send. Click to send the message, with or without s attached file. Click to cancel composing and sending a message.
Save to Drafts. Click to save a draft of your message in the Drafts folder.
Select the message in the Draft folder later to re-open the message and continue composing the message. Click to display the File to attach text box, Browse button, and Insert File button. Check boxes for the following options: Show CC.
Select this option to display the Carbon Copy CC text box. Show BCC. Send as Plain Text.
